At TOVE Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the shipment is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
